I agree with you, everyone has been whining way to much! I wouldn't pay the

crazy prices people are asking but some idiot will so they can ask that

much. Granted this is a good medium to buy / sell equipment, but people are

going to charge what they are going to charge. Stop complaining that people

are getting ripped off, that's their own fault for paying that much.

Why doesn't anyone talk about something interesting. The only thing anyone

talks about is buying and selling or tech geek stuff. Doesn't anyone have a

clue about aesthetics, script ideas or other types of film making? Film

making is about telling stories not technical garbage or arguing over price.

That is the beauty of the Pixelvision it is stripped down to the bare

essentials and lets you focus totally on what the piece is about, without

any cheesy filters, effects or the latest mtv fad.

With all the technically stuff, I still can't believe that no one has

mentioned Adobe Premiere or After Effects, probably the best way to edit

your work. They are so easy to use that you don't need to know much at all

to produce professional quality work.

If you don't have a computer get some cheap editing decks or good vcrs.

I subscribed to this newsgroup because I wanted to get back into making

movies and wanted to hear other peoples experiences, but so far all this

newsgroup has done is annoy me. I hope that there are people out there who

will move the discussion to a more useful and interesting discussion,

otherwise it's a waste of time.
