	You'll need a recording deck with a "flying erase head"; this

feature allows you to make clean, glitch-free edits.

	This might work if there's enough contrast and the paper is 

not too opaque, why not try it and see what happens? The main issue

is having enough contrast between paper and ink. You could try making 

a little copy stand by placing two light sources (say, 40 watts or so)

at 45 degree angles from either side of the page, with the camera

mounted directly facing the page. Try the lights at different distances

until you find what works.
