I'm interested in tweaking the >camera to make it work effectively. well, the obvious answer is to clean or remove that little bit of glass behind the lens cover (i should write up how to do this and put it on the web page, shouldn't i?) -- the un-obvious answer is to maybe check at the way you're lighting things. if you're lighting them flat, they'll come up grey. i had something of a problem with that too. also, the pxl has some sort of automatic gain control which regulates the lights and darks. try adding something very dark into the picture (black shirt?) and see if that improves your picture. of course, you should watch it on a t.v. monitor rather than recording on tape and playing it back. kc
