Wel, you would have to unscrew the camera (the screws are underneath the rubber feet on the other side of the camera, you'd have to pry those off in order to access the screws), and then take out the rubber lens turret (with the mirrored light filter), and then what you'd have to do is take the blue cut filter, which is about 1/8th of an inch square, off the front of the lens, and clean both sides.  Usually there's some kind of packing grease on this cut filter, and someone on this list suggested cleaning it with Windex.  This should do it.......
