if your belts really /are/ slipping i can get you one,

but i suspect that yours aren't.



there are two drive belts; you'll have to do some deep maintence to get 

at them though,since they're pretty far in there.



in my experience, the beeping sound doesn't mean that the belts are 

slipping, it usually means that eithter the battery is low or that the 

camera has been in record pause for more then five minutes, acting as a 

reminder. does it beep if the record trigger is in either position,

or just while tape is rolling?
