i have been trying to find an rf encoder/modulator for months.

i wrestled with this guy at our media services bldg to give me this 

industrial video catalog of black burst generstors and switchers and all 

this cruft, but no portable rf modulator for less than $200.



does anyone know how to build one; or have schematics?

just a little box that takes coaxial input and send rca vid and audio outs...
